n8n + Claude content production pipeline for a marketing agency

The scenario: about 80 pieces a month across 14 client accounts, and the bottleneck is never the writing. It is everything around it: outlines, tone of voice per client, review, formatting, tracking what shipped where. Senior editors rubber-stamp work just to keep the pipeline moving.

Every transition fires off a Jobber event. Zapier wires it, Twilio carries the SMS, SendGrid the email; review traffic splits between Google and Trustpilot.

The target at sixty days: about 5 hours a week back for the office team, and fewer reschedules and no-shows, because the on-the-way SMS makes the schedule feel real.
